Volunteer service
The volunteer service desk in the City Hall's lobby is staffed daily with two staff members that offer information and advice to the general public, call taxis for visitors, and assist with municipal promotion campaigns.
Location:
Volunteer service desk is in the lobby of the City Hall.
Channels:
- Welcoming visitors, answering questions from the public.
- Direct visitors to the offices where they have appointments.
- Call taxis to take visitors from the City Hall to their destinations.
- Handle other queries from the general public.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30-11:30 , 13:30-16:30.
